1. High-Intensity Interval Training

There is no better fitness tool to get you in the best shape of your life than high-intensity interval training (HIIT). If you are unfamiliar with HIIT, it is a training method where you ride as fast as you can for set time periods with resting periods in between. Try going for two minutes at a time and then resting for a minute until you are wiped out. If you do this a few times a week, you will be amazed at how quickly your fitness level rises.
